Last night... something strange and slightly upsetting happened. I fell asleep to an album by the musical project Enigma. It was supposed to be like meditative music. I was hoping it'd help me relax. I think I fell asleep but then what felt like two seconds later, I think I opened my eyes and something was pulling the covers off me. I didn't see anything, I just remember seeing my pillow and felt the covers coming off me. At that instant I sat up and pulled my covers back up over me even though they may have already been pulled up. I then changed the music because it was creeping me out, and tried to go back to sleep.
My problem is, I don't know if it was a lucid dream (a dream that seems extremely real)
Or if it was something paranormal.
I'm at my step-grandmother's house, so I don't know of this houses history.
There is a picture of her sister's dead daughter in this room that makes me uncomfortable...
Anyone have advice? It'd be nice.

For the lucid dream thing, someone told me that if you could make yourself look down at your hands in a dream, it was a lucid one and you could do whatever, though I don't know how exactly that works but that wouldn't help you anyways since you aren't in the dream anymore.
You should ask about the history in the house though, that could be very interesting. Ask about the dead daughter.
